2. Eligibility and Registration
To use our services, you must meet the following requirements. Here at GoldenBet, we reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts at our sole discretion.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

3.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Our minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR or equivalent.
- We apply withdrawal limits of 7,500 EUR (or equivalent) per 7 days and 15,000 EUR (or equivalent) per 30 days.
- Wins exceeding 15,000 EUR will be paid in monthly installments of up to 15,000 EUR per month.
- Our maximum payout per single bet or spin is 50,000 EUR, excluding jackpot games. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
- Bank transfers are processed within 3 banking days; this method is not available for USD payouts.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 1 hour; e-wallet withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
- A pending review period of up to 72 hours may apply before a withdrawal is processed.
- Bank transfer intermediary fees of up to 16 EUR may apply and are not covered by us.
- Higher limits may be granted at our discretion for VIP players.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Our GoldenBet bonus structure is designed to reward both new and returning players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, which we detail below and in the individual promotion pages on our site. Players using a GoldenBet promo code or GoldenBet bonus code must ensure they enter it correctly at the time of registration or deposit, as codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
